The review-bot service reviews pull requests now (webhook plus sweep). .woodpecker/pr-review.yml starts only when triggered by hand and stays as a reference; run.sh, the prompts and the tests under ci/agents/pr-review and scripts/ci stay until you want them gone.

The same pipeline files in homeassistant (#381), authentik-samba-bridge (#6) and shelly-manager (#108) are removed by their own PRs; the stub PRs #5 and #107 are closed. Until those merge, those repositories still run their old review next to the service.

Why now: each old run holds one of the agent's two workflow slots for about seven minutes per pull request event, which delayed the image build of review-bot.
