feat(wiki): Flux image automation tracks build.<ts> tags

ImageRepository and ImagePolicy for gitea.renner.uno/konairius/wiki, same shape as shelly-manager; the deployment carries the setter marker, so the existing ImageUpdateAutomation bumps the tag on every main build. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>
