ci/woodpecker/manual/migrate-immich Pipeline failed
corentingiraud/cnpg-pgvector-vectorchord:16-migration inherits USER 26 from its CNPG operand base, so apt-get can't acquire the apt lock inside a Woodpecker step (run #645 failed with EACCES on /var/lib/apt/lists/). Swap to tensorchord/pgvecto-rs:pg16-v0.3.0 — same pgvecto.rs version as LXC 225, based on postgres:16 (root default + bash), clean apt layer. Drop vchord.so from the ephemeral's shared_preload_libraries (not shipped there; only needed on the target CNPG cluster for Immich's in-app migration). WAL recovery between the tensorchord ephemeral and the corentingiraud target works because both ship vectors.so in the same v0.3.x series.
