k.rennerandClaude Opus 4.7 7fcb8ed147 fix(migrations): seed Job exits after submitting Backup CR

pg_restore commits the data; the CNPG Backup CR is async work for the
operator. The Job doesn't need to wait for it. Drops the 1h–2h poll
loop that was the likely cause of the immich-seed Pod terminating
mid-poll on the first cold-start run.
