Pipeline 757 hit rsync exit 23 after processing all 189k entries — "some files/attrs were not transferred". For a live immich library that's a handful of files with weird perms or that vanished mid-sync, not a real failure. rsync had already moved everything else. With `set -eu` the script aborts instead of proceeding to the velero backup create step. Treat 23 as a warning, fail on any other non-zero code.
