Add post-deployment integration tests that run automatically after
successful infrastructure deployments:
- DNS resolution tests via VIP (10.2.40.53)
- RustFS S3 backend health checks
- Authentik availability verification
- Caddy ingress routing tests
- PostgreSQL VIP connectivity tests

Resolves MAINT-3 from infrastructure review.
