fix(coder): keep coder.renner.uno off the public internet

Replace the external-dns cloudflare-proxied annotation (inherited from
other apps' pattern) with `exclude: true` so external-dns doesn't
publish a public Cloudflare record for coder.renner.uno. Coder is for
