New otbr-egress CiliumNetworkPolicy in home-assistant, following the matter-server pattern (DNS rule for toFQDNs):

  • slzb-thread.renner.uno TCP/6638: spinel link to the SLZB-06P7 radio.
  • archive.ubuntu.com, security.ubuntu.com TCP/80: the container installs socat from apt at startup.

The namespace baseline denies both, so otbr crash-loops on E: Unable to locate package socat (YouTrack S28-48).
