What: bump mqtt-account-controller image main-4adc9a6 → main-a307693 (pinned digest sha256:4f58b900…6bab74, read from the registry manifest).

Why: REN-1053 / REN-1043. After a failed password push the controller rotates and pushes again once ROTATE_GRACE (10 min) has passed, even while shelly-manager status answers 5xx; stops after the first successful push. App PR #5 merged by Argus, CI pipeline 12 green.

Impact: one controller pod, Recreate, a few seconds without reconcile. Broker and Home Assistant are not restarted.

Verify after merge: pod on main-a307693, Ready, no restarts; normal reconcile pass in log; no disconnect storm in broker log.

Revert: revert this commit (back to main-4adc9a6@sha256:2895c26b…).
