What

Removes kubernetes/apps/paperclip/lease-receipt-repair-job.yaml and its kustomization entry. That is the one-shot Job from #1154.

Why

The Job has run once and completed: UPDATE 2 on leases f06b9278 (run 144ae3bf, pc-01m48em9azz4sx3e3yjbc5t87a) and f6090b45 (run e08976cd, pc-01m48nfvzzhft28y8cm6srr1sy). REN-837 started run c0ae8e7e. Flux prunes the completed Job; the receipts stay in the DB.

How verified

kubectl kustomize kubernetes/apps/paperclip renders no Job.

Revert

Revert this PR. Do not do that unless the SQL is meant to run again: the UPDATE skips leases that already have a receipt, so a re-run would change nothing anyway.

Approved at 85614fb41b. Checked: diff only drops lease-receipt-repair-job.yaml and its kustomization entry; no other refs (grep). Live Job pclp-lease-receipt-repair-ren841 Complete 14:29:48Z, log shows UPDATE 2 for both leases, so it has done its work. Flux ks paperclip prune=true will delete the finished Job only. Breaks if wrong: nothing running; undo: revert (UPDATE is guarded by NOT has_receipt, re-run is a no-op). CI 12553 green.
