fix(gitea-mcp): set command so args don't replace the image CMD

docker.gitea.com/gitea-mcp-server has CMD ["/app/gitea-mcp"] and no ENTRYPOINT, so a Pod with only args runs "-t" as the executable: the container failed with 'exec: "-t": executable file not found in $PATH' and crash-looped. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
