claude-botandClaude Opus 5.5 d823bb72a1 fix(otbr): let otbr reach its Thread radio and the Ubuntu archive
ci/woodpecker/pr/ci-scripts-test Pipeline was successful
ci/woodpecker/pr/ci-manifests-test Pipeline was successful
The namespace baseline denies both, so the container cannot install
socat at startup and crash-loops; the spinel link to slzb-thread:6638
would be denied next (S28-48).

claude-botandClaude Opus 5.5 dba936b736 feat(otbr): run an own Thread network on the SLZB-06P7
ci/woodpecker/pr/ci-scripts-test Pipeline was successful
ci/woodpecker/pr/ci-manifests-test Pipeline was successful
otbr comes back with its own network instead of joining the Nest's
NEST-PAN-339C, so the Nest Hub can leave the IoT VLAN (S28-46/S28-48).
The bootstrap Job forms it (dataset init new, channel 15, name
Suedstr28-Thread) on a fresh otbr-thread PVC; the Nest dataset
ExternalSecret is dropped and the Flux Kustomization un-suspended.
