fix(opentofu): remove tracked tfplan file and add to .gitignore

Remove opentofu/tfplan from git tracking (was committed with embedded credentials). Add 'tfplan' and '*.tfplan' patterns to opentofu/.gitignore to prevent future accidental commits. Embedded credentials already revoked. Fixes #213 Co-Authored-By: Claude Bot <claude-bot@renner.uno>
