Agents deposit a verified fact and the service writes it as raw/<date>-<slug>.md with provenance frontmatter through the store's create operation (DepositFactUseCase, already in Application). The endpoint is behind the API-key policy; captured_by is the key's name. kind must be fact, content at least 40 characters; anything else is 422. Host test covers 401, both 422 cases and a stored file. 110 tests green.

Needs the write-capable Gitea token (homelab #948). Notes side: bin/wiki_fact.py posts a fact through the machine door; the wiki-ingest agent uses it for short facts.
