Wikilinks ([[slug]], [[slug\|alias]], [[slug#heading]]) are rewritten to note links (or a muted "no such note" span when unresolved) by a new Wiki.Host.Rendering.WikiMarkdown, before the body goes through Markdig with DisableHtml() so note content can't inject script.
