configures them to use the local HA NTP server (ntp.renner.uno).

Supports:
- Gen1 devices (via /settings endpoint)
- Gen2/Gen3/Gen4 devices (via /rpc/Sys.SetConfig endpoint)

Usage: ansible-playbook plays/configure-shelly-ntp.yml
