feat(review-bot): serve /status on review-bot.renner.uno (LAN-only)

Ingress routes only the /status prefix; /hook and /metrics stay
cluster-internal. No public label, so it is not on the NetBird proxy.
The new CNP lets Traefik reach the pod on 8080.
