Subject: [PATCH] feat(wiki): Flux image automation tracks build.<ts> tags

ImageRepository and ImagePolicy for gitea.renner.uno/konairius/wiki, same
shape as shelly-manager; the deployment carries the setter marker, so the
existing ImageUpdateAutomation bumps the tag on every main build.
