Adds MQTT accounts for shelly-manager devices that have MQTT on, reach the broker and are refused as not authorised: 41 (Gen1 Plug f4cfa26d9cb2) and the Gen2 devices 7, 11, 17, 18, 20, 23, 28. The Gen2 devices reboot once when their password is pushed.

feat(mqtt): register shelly-41, the Gen1 plug in the laundry room ... e4b0b13c3e

shelly-manager has MQTT enabled on the device (gen1 mqtt.enable,
mqtt.server mqtt.renner.uno:1883) and the plug reaches the broker, but it
is refused as not authorised: it has no account. With MQTT on, the
controller's push lands and the device reports connected, so it does not
loop on ROTATE_GRACE.

Devices 7, 11, 17, 18, 20, 23 and 28 have MQTT on and reconnect about
once a minute, each refused for lack of an account. Each reboots once
when its password is pushed.
