shelly-manager-egress allowed v30iot only over IPv4 (10.2.30.0/24, TCP 80). Shellys that advertise IPv6 addresses could not be reached over eth0.

Change

Add fd02:30::/64 (v30iot's ULA prefix) to the same rule, TCP 80.
