From 68bba536d28a57e02fa9d110d8007c8a26f53510 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Konstantin Renner Date: Tue, 28 Apr 2026 14:30:17 +0200 Subject: [PATCH] fix(migrate-*): bump item-operation-timeout to 4h for large PVCs Pipeline 754 hit `Operation Error: timeout on preparing data upload` on immich's 250 GB library PVC. Velero's CSI plugin defaults to 30 min for the prepare phase (CSI VolumeSnapshotContent provisioning + Kopia DataUpload setup). Fast Ceph snapshot creation is plenty for paperless or music-assistant but slow for big PVCs. Add --item-operation-timeout=4h to every velero backup create call so the prepare phase has room to finish on the largest PVCs without falsely failing.
